Refunds, Cancelations, and No-shows
- Any rejected, canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
- For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.
- No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
General Disclaimers
- Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the Cashback system will be banned, and Cashback will be forfeited. ShopBack reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any users at any time.
- Any infringement of the above terms and conditions will result in the loss of all bonuses. Repeat violations will result in the closure of your ShopBack account.
